New Members are always welcome
New Members must submit their application in person at a General Meeting where they will have the option to obtain a hard copy of the Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics or use the website for the same documents. All members must agree to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
To join you must be “sponsored” by an NKC member. If you do not know any, simply attend a General Meeting , introduce yourself and a “sponsor” will happily be appointed to you. The reason for the sponsor is to assist you with any questions and to introduce you to other members with mutual interests. Our members are widely diversified in their canine activities and are always eager to share information and ‘dog stories’ with new members.
General Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of every month except July, August, and December, at 7 pm in room # 8 – Beban Park Social Centre, Nanaimo, B.C.
Applications for membership are available via the link below or at the General Meetings. The completed application must be submitted at the General Meeting. Information on the process is available on website club-information/policies-and-procedures
Fees and Form for “New Members“
Family membership: $40.00 first year ($25 per year for any following year)
Individual membership: $25.00 first year ($15 per year for any following year)
Junior membership: FREE
