ENTRIES OPEN, August 1, 2024 at 7:00 pm, AND CLOSE September 1, 2024 at
7:00 pm, OR WHEN LIMIT OF ENTRIES HAS BEEN REACHED.
Entry fee discounts if entered before August 20, 2024
No entries will be accepted, altered, cancelled or substituted after midnight on September 1
except for day of trial entries which will be accepted up to one hour prior to the start of the trial, before

the course maps are posted.

All entrants are requested to volunteer as much as possible. Please let the trial secretary
know ahead of the trial if you are able to help with course building. Other volunteer jobs
include gating, timing, scribing, leash running and ring crew (changing bar heights).
Please sign up for jobs ahead of time on the sign-up sheet so we do not have to waste
time looking for help before each run. As we all know, the more help we have the faster
the trial moves along.
