The Rally Skills Course is designed to provide both beginner and experienced handlers with the foundation skills necessary to properly perform CKC Rally Obedience exercises.
Teams will practice the individual skills then apply them to applicable signs in short courses. Prepared and instructed by a CKC Rally Judge, the courses will provide instruction to help you and your dog achieve the positions and movements, as well as learning the CKC Rules necessary to qualify in CKC Rally Trials.
All dogs should have completed at least one set of Basic Manners classes with a recognized training organization or be screened by the instructor. This is not a Canine Good Neighbor or Manners class. Note that dogs in class will be working on a 6 ft leash, as all the dogs will be on the floor practicing at the same time.
